The Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act ("FAIS") aims to regulate Financial Services Providers by protecting you against improper conduct by such Financial Services Provider. RMB Private Bank is an Authorised Financial Services and Credit Provider.

In the event of you being unsatisfied with advice provided or services rendered in relation to a particular product, kindly refer your complaint to our Client Services and Interventions Manager on (011) 303-5324 and we will endeavour to resolve the issue internally. If you are still unsatisfied after internal processes have been exhausted, we will advise you to contact the FAIS Ombudsman.
