Incident reporting process

STEP 1

Call RMB Private Bank Fraud Prevention at 087 575 9444 to report an incident of fraud/theft immediately.

STEP 2

Provide agent with a detailed account of the incident.

STEP 3

The agent will provide you with a reference number once the incident is logged. Write down/save the reference number for query and communication purposes. The number will be sent to you via SMS on your number.

STEP 4

Once the incident is reported, print and complete the Fraud claim form for the incident.

STEP 5

Fax/email the form to number provided on the form within 3 days of reporting the incident, using your reference number in the subject line. The incident cannot be investigated further or settled until the claim form is received.

STEP 6

Allow 7 working days post fax/emailing Fraud claim form for feedback from the respective investigation teams.
